Out of Character
Backtagging: Always! If it gets too old and I'm a bit bogged down with RL or more current stuff I might be slow, but unless agreed upon I generally won't drop something.
Threadhopping: Notice beforehand would be appreciated? Though not necessarily needed in all circumstances. If you come up to me and ask I am more then likely going to say go on ahead!
Fourth Wall: Again, asking is nice, and I am more than likely going to say yes if you do, if your character would reasonably do it.
In Character
Hugging: Yes, go right ahead! He's a warm kid and will hug right back.
Kissing: ...This is a twelve year old? And a naive/childish one at that, so might not appreciate it too much if it was romantic. Could be fun though? So you can try.
Flirting: Hahaha, still only twelve. So Chuutarou probably won't notice, or will just remark that the person is being "weird".
Fighting: Not much of a fighter, but if it's fighting lessons, Chuutarou would be all for it! He canonly gets knocked around a bit in the name of trying to get stronger, and he's pretty durable if limited on anything approaching attacks, but I'm game to thread something out!
Injuring: Little things are perfectly fine, anything more significant than you might say, get in everyday life, talk with me first over? Even if I can't do your original idea, there's no saying we couldn't compromise!
Killing: Talk first? Even if it's a rather extreme thing, I'm willing to try most things at least once. Including killing off my characters.
Mind/Soul Reading/Powers: I'm cool with this! If you wanna do this, give me a heads up and I'll make sure your character gets more they can work off of. Chuutarou's pretty much a very open individual, but there might come a time where he doesn't blurt out whatever he thinks, you never know.
